Qurbānī before Ramy under new system
Question
I am a London resident and currently performing Hajj Qirān. I received a notification at 9:30am this morning (10 Dhū al-Ḥijjah) that my Qurbānī had been completed. There were no prior notifications and I only performed Ramy after Ẓuhr Ṣalāh. I note your earlier fatwa (New Hajj System and not knowing animal slaughter time) concerning the situation where it is unclear when Qurbānī has taken place and the flexibility in this regard based on the view of Ṣāḥibayn. Would the same ruling apply here, as there is now certainty that the Qurbānī took place before Ramy, or will a dam (penalty) become liable?

Answer
A Dam is not necessary in your scenario. However, if you wish to arrange a dam (sacrifice of a goat or equivalent in ḥaram) to err on the side of caution, this is commendable.
