Mīrāth Question

Question

The deceased man has one half-sibling brother (same father, different mother) and 3 full sisters. How will the mīrāth (inheritance) be distributed?

Answer

The inheritance will be distributed as follows:

Paternal half-brother – 3/9^th (1/3^rd)

Each of the three full sisters – 2/9^th
