Inheritance Calculation
Question
A man passes away leaving behind a widow, two sons and a daughter. How will the wealth be distributed?
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
Answer
The inheritance will be distributed according to the following shares:
Wife – 5/40th (1/8th – 12.5%)
Each son – 14/40th (35%)
Daughter – 7/40th (17.5%)
