Does brother inherit?
Question
Does the brother inherit if the deceased leaves behind a brother, a daughter and a husband?

Answer
If a deceased wife leaves behind a husband, a brother and one daughter and there are no parents alive, the inheritance will be distributed as follows:
Husband – 1/4 (25%)
Daughter – 1/2 (50%)
Brother – 1/4 (25%)
