Question

My husband has passed away but has left no will. His parents are alive and we have 2 daughters. How will the inheritance be distributed?

Answer

The inheritance will be distributed as follows:

Father – 4/27^th (14.81%)

Mother – 4/27^th (14.81%)

Wife – 3/27^th (1/9^th) (11.11%)

Each daughter – 8/27^th (29.63%)
