Burial of 5-month foetus
Question
Is it necessary to bury a 5-month foetus in the graveyard or can the garden be used?

Answer
From an Islamic perspective, the foetus can be buried in the garden or in somebody’s grave, there is no need to purchase a grave for a foetus separately. One must however comply with any local regulations in this regard.
