What is the Ḥadīth regarding giving Ṣadaqah anonymously, something that when you give from the right the left does not know?

Answer

Abu Hurayrah (d. 57/676-7, may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said:

“There are seven whom Allah will shade on a day when there is no shade but His: A just ruler, a young person who grew up in the worship of Allah, a person whose heart is attached to the mosques, two people who love each other for the sake of Allah, they meet each other and depart from each other for the sake of Allah, a man who is tempted by a woman of high status and beauty but he [rejects her and] says , ‘I fear Allah’, a person who gave charity and concealed it such that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given, and a person who remembered Allah in private and his eyes shed tears” (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, 660).
