Vehicle Bodyshop Invoicing Insurance Company
Question
I have a vehicle body shop in the UK. One of our services is that when people have an accident, we repair the vehicle for free for the client and invoice the insurance company for the repair and get paid from them. The repair amount is calculated via an engineer and is approved for repair before any work is started. Once the work is complete and the customer signs that they are happy, the invoice payout is requested from the insurance and we get paid from them directly. Is this permissible?
