Gift Aid for Masjids
Question
Can Masjids accept and use money received from the Gift Aid scheme and will the donor be rewarded for completing the Gift Aid declaration?

Answer
Masjids can accept and use money received from the Gift Aid scheme. The money received is in reality reclaiming the tax paid by the donor, which is in reality the donor’s money. The donor will be rewarded for increasing the donation to the Masjid via the scheme.
