How to distribute money received on deceased’s land after demise?
Question
A family has not distributed the inheritance of the deceased. In the meantime, they have received a sum of money following the installation of an electricity tower on the land of the deceased. This money received for the installation of the tower, should it be divided equally between the inheritors or should it be divided in accordance with Shariah calculations of inheritance?

Answer
The money received on the land of the deceased will be distributed to the heirs in proportion to their inheritance shares in Shariah.
