Treatise on the hadiths of Umm Haram bint Milhan and her demise in Cyprus (Arabic)
The following treatise in Arabic entitled (جزء في أحاديث أم حرام بنت ملحان رضي الله عنها ووفاتها بقبرس) features the ḥadīths of the female companion Umm Haram bint Milhan (may Allah be pleased with her) who passed away in Cyprus in 28 Hijri, following her participation in the first ever Muslim expedition on the sea. The treatise is divided into two sections, the first features the ḥadīths narrated from her or her son or ḥadīths transmitted regarding her. The second section outlines her profile and information about the expedition to Cyprus and her demise there.
This collection was drafted prior to our journey to Malta and Cyprus in July 2019 and was read in the presence of Shaykh al-Islam Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani in Hala Sultan Tekke, in the Masjid neighbouring her grave. Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani delivered a dars (lesson) thereafter and wrote a foreword, which is included at the beginning of the treatise.
